About Us

Community Center Physical Therapy is conveniently located directly across from the West Hills Hospital and in area that serves our diverse community. The clinic was started in 1962 and has always been family owned.

CCPT provides rehabilitation to those with orthopedic, neurological or other post-operative conditions and injuries. Our physical therapists have extensive experience and training in all aspects of care, as well as specialty training in orthopedics, manual therapy and sports therapy.

We are members of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN). PTPN physical therapists are selected on the basis of and have agreed to maintain high standards of excellence. Having met these standards for the provision of physical therapy services, our practice has been granted membership. In addition CCPT is recognized and awarded the OUTCOMES EXCELLENCE AWARD through PTPN for exceeding the national average for Functional change.
